Park Rules and Policy

1. Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out time is 11:00 am. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Guests staying longer than seven days must show current registration and insurance information for your rig at check-in.    
2. Rent: Due and payable in advance. RV sites are rented by the day, week or month.
3. Guests may only park in their assigned site. One RV and one towing or towed vehicle is allowed per assigned site. There is a fee for additional vehicles.  
4. No home-built RVs or buses permitted without prior management approval. 
5. Speed limit: 5 mp. Off road vehicle use is restricted to entering and leaving the park with the exception of golf carts.
6. Cab-over campers must remain on truck at all times
7. No generators at any time
8. Quiet time: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am daily
9. Fires in designated area only
10. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly. Bag and tie your trash and use our trailer. Storage of anything beneath, behind or on the outside of the RV is prohibited. This includes boxes, trunks, wood, pipe, bottles, tools, etc. 
    1. Limited on-site vehicle repairs and home appliances are allowed at sites with management approval. 
    2. Displaying of political or social action signs, flags or banners is prohibited 
11. Soliciting is not allowed at any time.
12. Discharge of hazardous materials, sewage or gray water onto ground is not permitted.
13. Sewer hoses must be properly elevated for drainage and have airtight connections. 
14. Not responsible for customer hook-ups
15. All facilities are used at your own risk
16. Parents are responsible for the control and behavior of their children. 
17. Guests are responsible for their pets. Clean up after your pet. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. 
18. Unscheduled stay-overs may require a space move and are subject to availability
19. Fireworks prohibited
20.  The Belly Acres RV Park, a division of Del Sur Enterprises, shall not be liable for: 
    1. Any damage or injury to person or property caused by acts of God, including, without limitation, wind, rain or weather conditions and for any other occurrences which are beyond reasonable control. 
    2. The loss of guest’s property or any damage to a guest’s recreational vehicle when modifications have been made to the vehicle’s electrical, water or waste disposal utilities.
